XS Events stages are excellent versatile units, providing a fully covered professional mobile stage within a reduced installation time. Portable stages take a fraction of the time to build than the traditional modular stage.

Pre-assembled structure – easy to install
MTSH pre-assembled staging structures unfold hydraulically and sequentially into a self standing covered stage. – All setup and takedown operations, including the installation of banners, screen, scenery and sound and lighting equipment, are done at ground or stage floor level making it simpler, safer and more efficient.
Reduced setup time and labour
The setup time and labor are reduced by 75% to 90% compared to constructed stages. No need for tools and machinery for installation (no forklift or crane, no generator or other power source) unlike a constructed stage that is made up of hundreds of loose components and must be assembled and erected from the ground up by workers, lifts or cranes
Self levelling and self standing staging structure
MTSH mobile stages are self-levelling and self-standing covered stages. Unlike constructed stages, they do not need to be secured with cables or ballast to maintain their superior wind resistance. They rely solely on the pre-engineered structure and weight distribution inherent to MTSH’s rigid frame design technology.
Safety features
All units have primary and secondary mechanical locking systems, with additional safety valves on hydraulically operated equipment. At no moment during the installation sequence is the stage unsafe or workers endangered.
Transportation and logistical costs reduced to a minimum
All stage equipment is stored inside of the mobile stage trailer, therefore only 1 tractor/truck required
Pre-approved engineering certification
All MTSH mobile stages come complete with independent engineering certification for both structural design and rigging capacity. With a MTSH mobile stage, strict on site inspections become a simple formality.
10m Trailer Stage
Our largest trailer stage is 10m x 6m and can be extended to 14m x 6m (all covered) This stage can be quickly installed on grass or hardstanding by a team of 2-4 people. Standard installation includes handrails, and 2 steps. As standard the stage has a 60m2 performance area and a stage floor height of 1.5m, with the tech areas the performance area can be up to 84m2. This stage is perfect for larger audiences of up to 5000 people. It can withstand wind speeds of up to 80kmph without requiring ballast. Choose from solid black sheets or scrim sheets, and take advantage of our PA hanging towers and green room/technical areas on either side if needed. 10m x 8m Prolyte Stage
Looking for an impressive stage for larger and longer events? Our arc profiled stage is available for a guide price of £4500, including installation, stage floor, steps, handrails, and delivery within 150 miles. This heavy weight structure is made from Prolyte HV30 and has an impressive loading capacity of over 3t. The standard stage size is 10m x 8m, which can be extended to include “tech areas” one the side if required. On grass, the stage is anchored into the ground with Spirafix ground anchors, but on hard standing, ballast may be required. The Litedeck stage floor is set at 1.2m, with 2 sets of stairs and handrails surrounding the stage.
This structure is perfect for longer events or festivals, and is typically charged out on a weekend rate. It can also be rented for a day, but it may be better value to consider our 10m trailer stage, as detailed on our website. 8m Trailer Stage
Our contemporary and stunning 8m x 6m arc roof mobile trailer stage that can be equipped with optional PA wings. It’s a premium model and is designed with electric motors that allow for easy raising and lowering of the roof. This impressive festival stage can be set up by just two people within 45 minutes, making it one of our most sought-after stages. It’s suitable for a diverse range of events, from schools and small festivals to community gatherings and of course Christmas light switch on events.
The stage features a sleek and modern profiled look, with a floor height of approximately 1m. It has a floor capacity of 500kg/m2, which meets the same specifications as litedeck. All necessary paperwork and risk assessments are included with the stage.
The roof has a loading capacity of 1.6t (evenly distributed), with an additional 1.5t that can be hung from the PA wings, making it perfect for line array speakers. The stage measures 8m x 6m (48 square meters) and comes with two sets of steps. It’s designed to rigorous safety standards and can withstand wind speeds of up to 70km/h without the need for ballast. 6m x 6m Profiled Roof Stage
XS EVENTS takes pride in offering a 6m x 6m stage with a profiled arch roof that was manufactured in 2018 and includes all relevant load calculations. The stage can be equipped with PA flying brackets, steps, handrails, and other necessary accessories.
This particular stage is perfectly suited for various occasions, such as live music events and festivals, school and private parties, hotels and conferences, fashion shows, youth clubs, sports halls, and pubs. Additionally, it can also serve as a platform for brand activations.
The performance area measures approximately 6m x 6m, and the roof extends beyond the front of the stage, providing shelter in case of rain.
Stage Truck
XS EVENTS is pleased to offer a custom built mobile stage, constructed on a modern 20-foot 7 1/2 tonne truck. The stage boasts two floor access doors, complete with steps and handrails. Thanks to its intuitive design, the stage can be assembled and disassembled in only 25 minutes. The stage’s total area spans approximately 25 square meters, with 80% of it sheltered by a retractable roof, protecting equipment from inclement weather.
XS EVENTS is conveniently situated to provide mobile stage rental services to the regions of Birmingham, Staffordshire, Derbyshire, Leicestershire, and Nottinghamshire. The stage is equipped with ample power sockets, a 10K sound system, and a basic LED light show. If additional power is required, a generator can be provided upon request. 6m x 4m Milos Stage
XS EVENTS takes pride in offering a 6m x 4m outdoor stage that is perfect for small festivals and village fetes. This is one of our smaller stage options, measuring 6m x 4m, providing a performance area of approximately 25m2. The stage includes a stage floor set at 3ft (90cm), sides, extra stage blocks can be supplied to serve as PA wings. The overall height to the top of the stage is 3.5m. The stage is supplied with steps and handrails as standard.
Our MILOS Truss festival stage, is ideal for a range of events, including live music events and festivals, band performances, Christmas lights, and presentation events. The stage is fully weatherproof and with additional PA decks the overall width can be expanded to 8m wide.
